IAM strategy expert Kurt Johnson to speak on Access Intelligence and Cloud Identity Management at top European security forum
WESTBOROUGH, Mass, 11 April, 2012 - Courion Corporation, the leader in identity and access management for access risk, today announced its participation in the KuppingerCole European Identity Conference, a leading European IAM event that will take place in Munich, Germany on 17th – 20th April. At the event, Courion will be demonstrating their Access Risk Management Suite and Access Insight™ Intelligence solution and will participate in panel discussions moderated by KuppingerCole analysts.
In the panel session “Beyond the Pioneer Approaches - The Next Level in Access Governance and Risk” (19th April, 14:00 CET), Kurt Johnson, vice president of strategy and corporate development at Courion, will address the challenges in Access Governance and the major trends in the market including real-time access intelligence, mapping access issues and improving access risk visibility and control. Furthermore he will share Courion’s innovative approach to managing access risk in the cloud in two panel sessions on Simple Cloud Identity Management (SCIM) (18th April, 15:00 CET) and Managing Cloud Computing Access Risk (19th April, 11:30 CET). During these sessions he will provide practical examples of how to identify, quantify, and manage the risk associated with access in the cloud and will discuss how to align access risk strategies with business objectives.
