I need help...

I'm doing a page for a test my boss is giving at work and I would like to do some specific things to it.
Here's what I want to do and I will "Bold" the areas I need help with.

Ok, each page is one question with 5 possible answers, but you can only select one answer per question. I would like that each answer would open another window that would tell you "correct" or "incorrect" depending of the answer the person selected.

I would also like that at the end, you would get a graphic that will tell you how many you got right and how many you got wrong (in percent if possible).
