Yell’s web design team has created a series of infographics, which give insight and advice to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on digital marketing, to help them generate more customer leads.
Yell’s research has revealed a demand amongst small businesses for help and advice in developing their online profile, with up to 200,000 UK SMEs looking to build a new website,[1]. When it comes to consumer opinion, Yell's research also discovered that 80%* trust a business more if it has an online presence,[2].
The easy-to-read infographic series includes six separate stages on how business owners can better market their company more effectively using the internet. The series includes in-depth information on the following marketing areas: Twitter, video marketing, SEO, Google Places, social media and e-commerce.
Independent research conducted by OnePoll and commissioned by Yell, is used in the infographics to highlight the reasons why SMEs should market themselves online and is supported with step-by-step tips from Yell Marketing experts on how to get started.
Each infographic identifies opportunities that SMEs could be missing out on if they do not embrace the online world, such as widening their customer base locally and maximising their website's attractiveness.
The infographic series is available to download from Yell's marketing website now, with an easy to use embed code so it can be hosted and shared socially.
