Milton Keynes, UK 08 November 2011 - Master Call Corporation is the most recent US service provider to announce its selection of the DIGITALK
Consumer Platform to migrate all services to an all-IP network infrastructure, enabling standardised operations and management with a single point of control.
Master Call Corporation will migrate all post-paid
account-based and
calling card services over to the DIGITALK platform with no disruption to service, and will further enhance routing capabilities with the DIGITALK
SBC VoIP Peering application for quality-based carrier routing.
The inherent cost savings with the migration to IP and a single platform will feed business expansion plans by extending the current portfolio with new services using DIGITALK’s
Broadband Telephony application for residential IP telephony services.
Master Call Corporation selected a partner based on shared values and a reputation for reliability in the market to sustain smart, reliable and value-conscious services for its existing international customers. The advanced features and flexibility of the DIGITALK platform also enables Master Call Corporation to rapidly adapt its services to meet future market demands and changes.
Ross Tsoutiev, Master Call Corporation’s CEO commented on the plans -“DIGITALK presented a compelling case on both the technical and commercial components – the DIGITALK platform has a very strong feature set that we simply do not have now. DIGITALK also showed an unrivalled level of commitment and care that reassures us we had found the right partner to be working with going forward.”
Justin Norris, DIGITALK’s CEO added “We have a responsibility to deliver a solution that solves the big issues, which are typically either improving operational efficiencies, or providing the tools that enable business growth. Master Call Corporation is one of many examples where we can deliver both.”
