LONDON, 10th January, 2012 – IT-Freedom Ltd and UK Drainage Network (UKDN) are pleased to announce the implementation of the ICE Claims® Management System for the administration of the drainage incidents managed on behalf of UKDN’s insurance and water industry customers.

UKDN is the leading provider of drainage solutions in the UK and works under delegated authority for many of the UK's household Insurers, where accuracy, cost, service and responsiveness are all critical factors when dealing with both emergency and non emergency claims.
In order to streamline their processes, in June UKDN began to use the ICE Claims® Management System, installed by a project team from IT-Freedom. The new system enables UKDN to provide clients with:

Immediate scheduling of resources to deal with the incident
Real time progress tracking and reporting to Work Providers and Homeowners
Monthly analysis of incidents and performance against targets
