...and Professional Services
London – March 07, 2014 – Attenda Limited, the Business Critical IT company, today announced its congratulations to UCAS for winning the Best Cloud Project Public Sector category award in the coveted UK Cloud Awards 2014.
The award recognises UCAS as a real success story relating to the adoption of cloud services and the transformational impact that was achieved. Attenda Consulting and Professional Services (CaPS) played a pivotal role in the project; helping UCAS to deliver a successful Confirmation & Clearing period for 2013.
Commenting on the award, Mark Fowle, CEO, Attenda, says, “We extend our warm congratulations to the UCAS team for being recognised for their tremendous work in delivering a successful 2013 Confirmation & Clearing, and we are delighted that Attenda could make a significant contribution to the project execution.”
Attenda on-boarded a technical team to lead & integrate with existing UCAS staff, stabilising its existing legacy platform, implementing its new cloud solution and introducing some rigor across its service and project delivery capabilities. Additionally, Attenda worked with AWS Architects to implement the architecture specified by UCAS and AWS, as an integral part of the overall cloud solution.
“We are delighted to be recognised with the Award and we have Attenda to thank for stepping up from day one, as a fully committed and cohesive team; behaving like genuine, committed colleagues as part of the overall UCAS project team. The dedication and professionalism of the Attenda team played a vital part in the success of our 2013 Confirmation and Clearing.” adds Steve Jeffree, UCAS COO.
The UCAS project is a fine example of Attenda’s Consulting and Professional Services in action, working with clients at a strategic level to provide a range of packaged and tailored Consulting and Professional Services across the core areas of business critical IT review, design and change projects; facilitating the right technology choices and guiding them on their hybrid computing journey.
