Oxford, UK – 27 February 2008 – Bettercaring, the UK’s leading care home search engine, has launched its own blog, to discuss the key issues around the elderly and the social care industry.

Outspoken, controversial and to the point, the Bettercaring blog aims to raise awareness of key issues, and tackle some of the pricklier topics in its own inimitable style.

Written by Bettercaring’s in-house team of journalists it provides up-to-date discussion on anything from household aids and adaptations to the latest Government legislation. It will also include first-hand accounts from journalists about the people interviewed for the stories that are featured on the site.

Bettercaring’s editor, Andrew Chilvers, said: “We all have opinions on the stories we read, or the legislation that comes out from the Government, and this blog is an effective way to encourage debate from our readership.
