10 Nov 2011 – Triometric, as part of a deal with GTA, has today announced plans to extend their XML Service support to cover Bonotel, DerbySoft and HBSi search traffic by the end of the year for their network-based XML analysis solution, Web Services Analyzer.
Further to a prior collaboration with GTA which already delivers real time business intelligence from data transferred via one of GTA’s key supplier’s XML feeds, Triometric is continuing this highly successful relationship to develop support for these three additional GTA partners.
Chris Anders, Director, IT Operations at GTA explains: “We have gained an excellent understanding of the nature of our XML services with a key supplier which not only helped us improve our operational integrity but also provided the intelligence we needed to satisfy our customers’ requirements better”. He continues, “expanding our coverage with these three key suppliers will dramatically widen our view.”
Web Services Analyzer benefits that can be realized by customers include real-time dashboards showing request search performance together with live analysis of how well demand is being satisfied by inventory. Operational monitoring tracks the delivery whilst additional BI metrics allow market segmentations to enable a more customised buying experience, search-led revenue management, testing dynamic pricing and other business strategies.
“All travel suppliers, wherever they are in the global supply chain, are in a position where they can quickly gain significant insight into how their business is operating” comments Richard Baker, Technical Director at Triometric. “Now they can have sophisticated BI and operational data at their fingertips to allow them to make data-driven decisions in order to boost revenues.”
