Tribold announces Order Capture pre-integration for Tribold EPM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

London, UK - 12th October, 2010:  Tribold and Logica have produced an integrated solution based on Tribold EPM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a configuration specific to communication service providers (CSP's). The solution platform for product management, order capture and customer relationship management (CRM) can be used as a baseline for implementations where one or both functions are required.

By pairing best-in-class telecommunications industry software with Microsoft software, the solution offers a flexible, end-to-end product life-cycle management, order capture and offer management, and customer relationship management solution.
