Smart Pipes, Smart Services and Smart Business take center stage at TM Forum’s flagship American conference

MORRISTOWN, NJ—July 8, 2010— With new high bandwidth smart devices being rolled out across the globe on an almost daily basis, service providers are scrambling to upgrade their network infrastructure to meet consumer demand and remain competitive.  Compounding the problem are the millions of dollars being spent on these network upgrades without the promise of additional revenues from consumers—in essence, a revenue crunch.

The TM Forum today announces Management World Americas 2010 (November 9-11, Orlando FL), a conference designed to foster discussions and develop strategies to tackle the revenue crunch head on by exploiting existing opportunities, taking advantage of new and growing markets, and highlighting where businesses should focus their investment.

In addition to hearing industry-leading keynotes and speakers  from AT&T,  IBM, Cable Vision and Tim Brasil, conference attendees can participate in four thought-provoking summits focusing on Operational Excellence; Customer Experience; New Services & Business Models and Cloud Services. Speakers include;

- Maurício Cascão, CIO, Tim Brasil
- Mike Hill, Vice President, Enterprise Initiatives, IBM Corporation
- Joe Crawford, Executive Director, IT Solutions Verizon Communications
- Nick Ogden, CEO, Voice Commerce
- Joseph Weinman, VP Strategy & Business Development, AT&T
- Robert Moore, Executive Vice President & CIO, PAETEC
- Federico Juarez, CIO, CableVision,

New this year will be a series of intensive debates following each session that are designed to enable knowledge transfer, promote collaboration and debate amongst attendees. That, coupled with a program of executive roundtables, enterprise roundtables, a full training and certification program, executive appointment service, and Forumville, where visitors can see TM Forum and its members in action, make Management World Americas your go to even this fall.
