February 15, 2011 - Global Integration, the matrix management training consultancy, is further expanding its Asian presence after a year in the region.
The development effort will be spearheaded by Vice President Tun-Hao "T.H." Ong. The company's first office in Asia opened in Singapore in February 2010, and has gone from strength to strength.
Ong was born in Singapore and has lived and worked extensively in the U.S. and the Asia Pacific Region. Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese, he has extensive experience in international human resource and management/leadership development roles in the chemical, FMCG, energy and industrial sectors. He also boasts a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA majoring in HR & International Business.

Global Integration's Vice President Tim Mitchell will remain in the US, and the company is proactively recruiting new training consultants in both the US and Europe.
