(LONDON) 25th August 2011 - Telligent, a leader in social community software, is recognised by Forrester Research as a leader in its “The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Social Platforms, Q3 2011” report.
According to the report, “client interest in social platforms is fueled by three factors: the desire to capture and re-use knowledge, the need to maintain human connections across a disparate workforce and the pressure to modernise systems to meet new workforce demands.”[1]
This report, which evaluates companies based on their strategy, current offering and market presence, considers nine of the top enterprise social software vendors.
