WFM Solution Certified as Component of ASC’s Workforce Optimization Suite

The partnership applies to a solution corollary for a workforce optimisation (WFO) suite by ASC, a leading global provider of innovative solutions to record, analyse and evaluate multimedia-based communications, helping ensure customers have a well-tested, integrated solution.   

Teleopti’s WFM technology, Teleopti CCC, is included in ASC’s WFO suite through a recent partnership and can now be easily provided to Siemens Enterprise Communications customers. ASC has also been certified by Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Solution Partner, the highest level a technology partner working with Siemens Enterprise Communications can reach.
