When children get cancer, they often face months in the hospital, painful treatments, academic struggles and feelings of isolation from their friends. But as NBC11's Marianne Favro learned, at Bel Aire Elementary School in Tiburon, sick students have a unique way to stay in class. Take Chris Laub for example. "I was diagnosed with leukemia, which is a blood cancer," Laub said.... But logging on from home added up to much more than mastering math problems. Laub remained close with his classmates and was even able to use his computer to watch them in the playground during recess.
