LONDON — November 11, 2014 — LANDESK, a global leader in delivering user-oriented IT solutions, today announced that Secure Mobile Email by LetMobile, a gateway-based security solution for enterprise mobility, is now integrated with LANDESK solutions and available to existing and new LANDESK customers. With the integration of Secure Mobile Email by LetMobile, which LANDESK acquired earlier this year, the company is continuing to deliver on its strategy as the global authority on user-oriented IT.

LetMobile’s Secure Mobile Email takes an innovative approach to mobile email and data security. Rather than focusing on containing and protecting data on mobile devices, Secure Mobile Email prevents data from being stored on mobile devices. This protects sensitive corporate data in the event a mobile device is compromised in any way, such as if it were lost, stolen or malware-infested, as the data does not reside on the device itself.
