International conference to address demand for talent mobility and global e-learning scenarios on the eve of Online Educa Berlin

Munich – Wednesday, 7th August 2013 – Speexx, the award-winning leader in online corporate language training, has launched the online registration for its third annual Speexx Exchange, scheduled in Berlin on Wednesday 4th December 2013. A premium invitation-only event for HR and L&D professionals, Speexx Exchange takes place at the Hotel InterContinental Berlin and early registration is recommended.

Speexx Exchange is a global forum helping HR and L&D professionals worldwide to discover new talent management solutions for delivering better results as part of a global ‘Reality Check’. In addition to sharing best practice and new insights for one full day, attendees will have exclusive access to results from recent learning technology surveys. This year's host is Laura Overton of Towards Maturity, the leading European benchmark organisation that measures the impact of learning technologies in the workplace. An early announcement of the speakers at the event includes talent management and performance expert Don Taylor, Nabil Senyonga, Head of Learning of JW Marriott and Michael Salone, CEO of 3-6TY Learning.

Armin Hopp, Founder and President of Speexx comments, “Today, e-learning and talent management are changing more rapidly than ever before. That’s why we’re particularly looking forward to sharing our findings from last year’s Speexx Exchange and comparing them to the current state of the industry. I’m sure this will be a fantastic event with loads of new insights and interaction for our guests.”

In the run-up to the event, Speexx is once again launching the annual Speexx Exchange Survey which assesses the opinions of selected HR experts regarding the implementation of learning technologies in global organisations. The survey is open via http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/speexx-exchange2013.

Last year, over 400 HR and L&D professionals attended the Speexx Exchange series in Berlin, Milan, Paris and Madrid and the feedback was extremely positive. This year’s best practice forum kicks off on the eve of Online Educa Berlin, the largest global e-learning conference with over 2,000 learning professionals worldwide.
