7 June 2010, Bath - Sidonis, the emerging new leader in service assurance, today announced the appointment of Matthew Harden to head up its Sales organisation.
Headquartered in Bath, UK, Sidonis has developed a ground-breaking software system that identifies the root cause, and impact on services, of failures in complex communications networks, far more rapidly and cost-effectively than conventional systems.
Sidonis CEO Don Keir said: “Businesses of all kinds are increasingly reliant on networks as the basis for delivering services and operating efficiently. That is increasing the demand for systems that can rapidly identify and resolve failure conditions, often within very large and complex networks. Sidonis is well-placed to lead in this global market opportunity, and Matthew’s appointment will help us significantly in our ambitions for growth.”
Matthew joins the company from IT security firm ArcSight, where he was responsible for European Sales. Matthew brings extensive experience in developing business for hi-tech companies, including ArcSight, Cramer Systems and Logica CMG.
