Northampton, UK - SEPTEMBER 2012 - Intamac Systems Limited, the Connected Home service provider announces its commercial partnership with Securitas Alert Services France, the French monitoring division of security giant Securitas AB.

Using Intamac’s cloud-based platform and a selection of its product range, Securitas Alert Services France has launched a fully featured ‘Do It Yourself’ security and home monitoring proposition that includes intruder alerts, smoke detection and motion activated camera images for alert verification.

The Securitas Alert Services France security kit can be connected to broadband but also operates using GPRS through a SIM card incorporated into the gateway, thus improving its accessibility across a broad consumer market. The bundle is self-install and makes use of Intamac’s user-friendly registration wizards to guide the user quickly and easily through getting started.

Securitas Alert Services France’s customers will be alerted to events as they happen (following verification) by a professional, manned monitoring centre. Securitas Alert Services France’s monitoring centre can send a mobile agent to attend the user’s property to deal with emergency repairs and, upon verification of a serious incident, alert the emergency services. This allows the user complete peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that any incident is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. A smartphone app enables the user to check up on the status of their property remotely, with access to any camera verification images that may have been taken. Remote control of the system from the free smartphone app, in conjunction with the professional monitoring service from Securitas Alert Services France, ensures that the property and its contents are always protected and secure, 24/7.
