Seal Contract Discovery to Speed up Content Migration and Enhance Functionality of Procurian Solution

The partnership will see Procurian integrating Seal’s comprehensive Contract Discovery and Management solution into its Specialized Procurement Infrastructure™ which integrates category experts, market intelligence, comprehensive processes, and leading technologies to support the end-to-end procurement process. Seal’s Contract Discovery solution will help Procurian accelerate a number of the start-up activities required to begin delivering a continuous stream of value to its clients.

Transformational business leaders partner with Procurian to drive sustainable changes to their cost structures on an accelerated basis. Seal’s contract solutions will enable Procurian to more rapidly gain insight into each client’s contract landscape and identify the key information needed to begin driving the contract life cycle management process, continuous savings, and supplier performance improvements. Once the contracts have been identified and metadata extracted forming a corpus of data, contract documents are then associated to the relevant data in Procurian’s technology platform. Seal also provides the ability to conduct ad hoc term and clause analysis across a portfolio of contracts through its live search and index functionality.
