The new Seal app enables businesses to locate contracts and extract key information that can then be uploaded to Salesforce, enriching their client data. By leveraging the capabilities of Seal, as new contracts are signed or amendments are made, they are automatically reflected in Salesforce.

Seal’s automated Contract Discovery solution first intelligently locates contracts across the enterprise, regardless of the original file format, extracts key metadata (e.g. start date, jurisdiction, etc.) and prepares this data for upload to Salesforce. The full text searchable document and the mapped data items are then associated to a customer record, a function that only the Contract Discovery solution can deliver on today.
