Former Oracle and HP Executive Brings Extensive Experience in High-Growth Environments to Leader in Customer Experience Management Technology
London - October 21, 2010 - Satmetrix®, the leading provider of enterprise customer experience software and co-developer of Net Promoter®, today announced the appointment of Raj Bhargava as senior vice president of products and service delivery. His career in software research and development spans nearly 30 years, and includes leadership roles at Silicon Valley stalwarts such as HP and Oracle.
At Satmetrix, Bhargava will have end-to-end operational responsibility for delivering the company's winning combination of best-in-class customer experience management software (Satmetrix XperienceTM) and professional services.

Prior to joining Satmetrix, Bhargava served as group vice president of product development for Oracle after it acquired his previous employer, Agile Software Corporation. At Oracle, Bhargava transformed Agile's product lifecycle management solutions into the recognized market leader and achieved 100 percent customer references for all modules. Before Oracle Software and Agile, he served as president and CEO of Trade Reporting and Data Exchange Inc., a leading information provider of international sourcing and sales leads for small businesses in the United States and Asia. Earlier in his career, Bhargava held several management positions for HP, serving as consulting section manager for leading-edge technology projects to Fortune 500 customers in the company's professional services and computer marketing divisions. Bhargava received a B.S. from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India; an M.S. from Pennsylvania State University, State College, Penn.; and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich.
