Kcom helps voice and data resellers take their business to the next level

25 June 2013: Experts from Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, recently attended the Comms Dealer Margin in Voice and Data conference to show representatives from reseller changes how to embrace new opportunities to better connect with their customers.

As well as presenting a session, Kcom was one of the lead sponsors at the annual event for voice and data resellers, which was held at Oulton Hall in Leeds. The event focused on business elevation; how businesses should be implementing ‘next level selling’ to help them manage growth more effectively.

Around 120 people attended the networking event, which featured a number of panel debates and presentations.

Sally Fuller, Director of Strategic Propositions at Kcom, discussed the digital and social changes that are shaping the way organisations connect with their customers.

Sally said: “There are three digital elements that cannot be ignored: Engagement 2.0, Digital Nudity and It’s all in the Crowd. Developments in digital technology are having a significant impact on an organisation’s opportunity to thrive; organisations could be left behind if they fail to embrace them. Used effectively, these elements can be used to create a personal customer service experience, which will help organisations stand out amongst their competitors.”
