WallaceBurch co-founder Paul Wallace is to work with Capstone Grenport as Senior Board Advisor for software & IT companies. In this capacity, he will provide expert business advice and support for the company’s clients, enabling entrepreneurial owner managers to develop their businesses successfully, maximize capital value and achieve their personal objectives.

Capstone Grenport is the European subsidiary of Capstone Partners, a premier international investment banking group dedicated to serving the corporate finance needs of leading middle market companies. Capstone Grenport specializes in providing consultancy and advisory services to corporations in the IT software and services market, with a particular focus on midmarket transactions with deal sizes up to £100m.
