The Vodafone Business to Business Enablers program was created to connect businesses looking to market cross-network solutions to mobile users with aggregators like OpenMarket. 

Vodafone’s portfolio of Enablers are categorised across 4 status tiers that span from Specialist up to Platinum. To date, only four companies have been granted Platinum Partner status by Vodafone.  Aggregators are judged by criteria which includes capacity, account management service levels, innovation and technical expertise.
