Former Airwide, Unisys and Ericsson Vice President, to further strengthen the OpenCloud worldwide sales operation
Cambridge, UK – 23 May 2011 – OpenCloud Limited, the supplier of real-time application server software for next-generation convergent telecommunications services, has today announced that it has appointed Andrew Wyse as VP of Global Sales. Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience that encompasses senior level positions in some of the industry’s most respected organisations.
Most recently Andrew was President of Global Sales and Operations at Airwide Solutions where he established new channels and gained market share from much larger competitors. Previously, Andrew has achieved sales growth and development in numerous roles. Andrew was CEO of a start up MVNO in the M2M vertical, led the Unisys UKMEA telco practice and held several sales and leadership positions at Ericsson.
Part of Andrew’s remit at OpenCloud will be to oversee the company’s continuing successful growth in overseas markets, including its expansion in the Americas telecom space and further expansion in Asia
