OEM's botching it up for Microsoft...

Have you ever wondered is Microsoft really totally at fault for bad customer experiences with Windows Vista?Is it really the operating system, or maybe its the OEM's installing crapware and making it difficult for customers to make decisions on their own on what gets installed on the computers.
