18 August 2010 – London, UK: The nominees for the third annual Top10.com Broadband Awards have been released, with TalkTalk, O2, Virgin Media and Orange leading the nominations.
The Top10.com Broadband Awards are based on over 1.5 million broadband speed tests and ratings conducted over the past 12 months on Top10.com.
Top10.com is the most popular telecoms comparison website in the UK – making these awards the most prestigious and authoritative in the broadband industry. The awards also offer an unparalleled buyers guide for consumers.

Top10.com have examined extensive speed test data and customer ratings, customer reviews and feedback, as well as subjecting providers and their products to rigorous quantitative and qualitative scrutiny in order to draw up the list of nominees.
The awards will be held at the Paramount Bar, Centre Point in Central London on 28 September 2010. Award nominees will be competing in 10 categories, including broadband innovation, reliability, speed and customer benefits.

O2 and TalkTalk lead the nominations and are shortlisted in five categories. Orange and Virgin Media have four nominations each.
