NextiraOne Customer Innovation Awards at G-Force underline innovative partnership with Genesys
Paris, 19 April, 2010 – NextiraOne has today announced that it will continue its highly successful sponsorship of one of the most prestigious contact centre customer events of the year – the Genesys G-Force annual user conference. This is the sixth consecutive year that NextiraOne has sponsored the event, which is to be held from 27-29 April 2010 in the RAI in Amsterdam. At the event NextiraOne will also announce the winners of its Contact Centre Customer Innovation Awards for 2010.

The event attracts over 900 attendees including business leaders, customer service executives, contact centre managers and IT professionals.
NextiraOne will use the G-Force conference to announce its annual Contact Centre Customer Innovation awards. Now in their third year, the awards are NextiraOne’s way of recognising its most innovative customers and encouraging the sharing of ideas and best practice in contact centres. They are presented to organisations that have made innovative use of contact centre technology or demonstrated new, imaginative approaches to customer service, adapting the solutions available to suit their own business needs. The winners will be announced at a prestigious dinner jointly hosted by NextiraOne, Genesys and Alcatel-Lucent.
