Nijmegen and London, 6 March 2012 – Aia Software, the Dutch vendor of document solutions, has two new shareholders: Tim van Hugte and Jeroen Huinink. Both have acquired shares of Aia Software, making the step from employees to members of the board and co-ownership.
Jeroen Huinink is a longtime employee of Aia Software, currently the CTO. Within his role he executes Aia Software’s vision and forms the bridge between the daily reality in the customer world and the technical developers in his own Research and Development Department.
Huinink said: “In the past few years I have happily invested my time and energy into Aia Software. I am very confident about the future of the company and it feels good to show my commitment by becoming a shareholder.”
Tim van Hugte has been part of Aia Software since 2005. Around eighteen months ago he became SVP of Sales & Delivery and is now responsible for the complete sales and delivery process, including the implementation conducted by the consultants of Aia Software.
Van Hugte said: “Taking the step up to being a co-owner indicates my confidence in the great growth and potential of Aia Software. The product, the vision and the people: it all fits.”
