New shareholders in Aia Software
« Posted: March 06, 2012, 07:43:10 PM »

Nijmegen and London, 6 March 2012 – Aia Software, the Dutch vendor of document solutions, has two new shareholders: Tim van Hugte and Jeroen Huinink. Both have acquired shares of Aia Software, making the step from employees to members of the board and co-ownership.

Jeroen Huinink is a longtime employee of Aia Software, currently the CTO. Within his role he executes Aia Software’s vision and forms the bridge between the daily reality in the customer world and the technical developers in his own Research and Development Department.

Huinink said: “In the past few years I have happily invested my time and energy into Aia Software. I am very confident about the future of the company and it feels good to show my commitment by becoming a shareholder.”

Tim van Hugte has been part of Aia Software since 2005. Around eighteen months ago he became SVP of Sales & Delivery and is now responsible for the complete sales and delivery process, including the implementation conducted by the consultants of Aia Software.

Van Hugte said: “Taking the step up to being a co-owner indicates my confidence in the great growth and potential of Aia Software. The product, the vision and the people: it all fits.”

About Aia Software
Aia Software is a Dutch company, formed in 1988. From these early days they have grown from a Benelux oriented company into a worldwide operation. Aia Software develops and delivers the powerful and affordable document creation software ITP (Intelligent Text Processing) for the automatic production, printing, publication and distribution of business documents, using existing data and the corporate branding. The ITP Document Platform is currently used in over 1,000 organizations in more than 30 countries.Aia Software works closely with other technology vendors and has a wide network of international partners.

The ITP Document Platform
The ITP Document Platform provides sophisticated document production services. It helps create structured, on-demand and interactive documents and electronic forms. ITP enables fully automated high volume document production whilst the interactive interview process facility enables electronic forms as well as document creation through a combination of user input and automatically populated fields. All ITP document production is template based and the templates can contain sophisticated logic enabling conditional data retrieval, conditional user input, conditional formatting and derived data fields. The templates are supported by ITP´s powerful data handling facilities that can retrieve data from multiple and various sources, including but not limited to XML data, Web Services and ODBC enabled data sources.
