Tieto and Aito to offer new and innovative CEM solutions to operators
Espoo, Finland - June 22nd, 2011: Aito Technologies, a provider of customer experience analytics (CEA) for communication service providers, today announces a partnership agreement with Tieto, the leading IT service company in Northern Europe. Based on Aito's customer experience analytics (CEA) product, Aito CEA, and Tieto's extensive expertise in service integration, the partnership will offer communication service providers (CSPs) completely new and innovative CEM and business management solutions.
Most significantly for Aito, the partnership enables Aito to accelerate its globalization strategy by offering comprehensive and real-time customer experience management solutions based on Aito CEA, to a much wider CSP audience.
