The IT Europa European Excellence Awards recognise best practices in customer solutions by IT and software channels across Europe

02 March 2012 Netadmin Systems, a market leader in end-to-end OSS/BSS systems which automate the service fulfilment and assurance processes in next generation networks, has won a top award for best Unified Communications & Collaboration Solution.

The winners were announced at the European Software Excellence 2012 Awards Dinner, which was held at the Grand Hyatt, Berlin on 1 March 2012. More than 40 companies from across Europe were shortlisted in categories for Independent Software Developers covering everything from business intelligence to SaaS solutions.

Netadmin won the award for its work with Utsikt Bredband, a wholly owned subsidiary of the local utility company in the city of Linköping, Sweden, assigned to develop and operate the broadband networks in the region.

Netadmin’s self service solution has enabled growth in the network with the same number of technicians, whilst maximising potential revenue and performance for the end-customer.

“Thanks to Netadmin and their self service portal, we’ve been able to manage an abundance of new subscribers without having to increase the number of staff. Today we still only have 2 technicians managing our network which connects more than 12,000 subscribers,” said Jörgen Svärd, Managing Director, Utsikt Bredband.

Carina Wadman, CFO and VP Marketing for Netadmin, collected the award and said the company was proud of its achievements.
