Nordic market leader appoints business development and sales directors to aid expansion into the wider European market
15 August 2011 Netadmin Systems has extended its reach in Europe to ramp up growth with the appointment of two senior sales directors based in the UK and France.
Headquartered in Sweden, Nordic market leader Netadmin develops and markets a support system which automates operational and business processes in metropolitan, regional and residential broadband networks. Its partners represent some of the largest operators and ISPs in the world including Cisco, Alcatel Lucent and Ericsson.
In the UK Netadmin has appointed former Cable & Wireless Global Senior Vice President of Northern Europe, Brett Wilde, who has more than 30 years’ experience in sales and business development. Brett has also held senior and board level positions at Hewlett-Packard, XchangePoint Europe and Datanet.
Matthias Trygg, CEO of Netadmin Systems, said Brett’s career experience and contacts are essential in building the company’s presence with UK telcos and communication providers.
“Brett joins Netadmin at a time of massive change in next generation networks in the UK, with many stalled new builds now being implemented. Coming from a recent past in managed hosted Internet and IPTV services, Brett’s experience will be vital for us replicating our success in Northern Europe in the UK,” he said.
Netadmin has also appointed Rémy Serre as Regional Sales Director in France. He is responsible for driving Netadmin's sales, operations and business development across the region, with a focus on expanding the current customer base.
Rémy is very experienced in the ICT industry. Prior to joining Netadmin he held various senior sales positions with a heavy focus on the telecommunications sector within companies such as P&T Luxembourg and Dimension Data.
“Both appointments signify our commitment to expansion. In order to win a bigger share of the markets outside of our strongest Nordic region, we felt significant investment in experience would be vital. Therefore, the combined experience of these new recruits is central to our growth strategy,” said Mr Trygg.
Netadmin will be exhibiting at the Broadband World Forum in Paris between 27 – 29 September.
