Microsoft: Some Computers Cannot Upgrade to Windows Vista

Microsoft has published a list of computers from the Tokyo-based manufacturer Toshiba that cannot upgrade to Windows Vista. By comparison, Toshiba failed to completely mention the fact that there are machines which will not support Windows Vista. But that is about it. There is no mention of the models that are featured in Microsoft's list, and customers are not warned in any way that they will not be able to upgrade their computers to Vista. When it comes down to searching for drivers that support Windows Vista it all comes to light. Toshiba is not offering drivers for any of the models mentioned above. And without Windows Vista support from Toshiba, end users will not be able to deploy Vista and are stuck with XP.
