Manchester Hosting Company Customer Survey Praises Technical Skills & Staff

Manchester, UK: Award-winning Manchester managed hosting company Melbourne Server Hosting, which is part of UK cloud company iomart Group plc, has announced it has gained an overall satisfaction rating of 97% in its annual customer survey.

Those surveyed praised the professionalism and friendliness of the Melbourne employees and the skills and knowledge of the technical team. Ninety four per cent of the customers questioned also said they would be very happy to recommend Melbourne to friends and colleagues.

The responses from the 104 customers surveyed included: “A fantastic bunch of people to work with”; “Real breadth of knowledge and technical expertise”; “Intelligent timely responses from someone who knows everything”; and “Response times are brilliant. Best I’ve seen.”
