London, 19 March 2012 - Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, has been recognised by Avaya as its UK and Ireland Partner of the Year. The coveted award was granted to Kcom at the recent Avaya “Partner Connect” event.
Winners of the award have to demonstrate excellence against four key indicators; strong revenue performance, growth over previous years and potential for the coming year, strategic alignment to Avaya’s goals and adoption of a new product or solution such as video and data.
Kcom met the first criteria by showing an impressive 40 percent year on year growth through 2011. There was recognition for the level of investment across Avaya’s entire portfolio which has supported this strategic growth. Finally, there was commitment from Kcom towards the Avaya roadmap technologies including Avaya AURA, Contact Centre, Video and Data.’
