Certification demonstrates Cordys’ commitment to high quality-of-service standards
Putten, The Netherlands, 31 January 2013 – Cordys, the leading BPMS and PaaS software vendor that helps companies drive operational excellence, announced today its R&D department has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification, the latest ISO standard designation. This demonstrates Cordys’ commitment to quality-of-service standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
ISO 9001:2008 is recognized by organizations worldwide as the quality management standard, focusing on an organization’s ability to meet customer requirements and improve the quality of products and services. Cordys has established, maintained and improved its own quality management to ensure that the company’s worldwide support organization remains committed to customer satisfaction. This certification recognizes Cordys’ proficiency in the design, analysis, development, deployment and support of software products.
