First sale of ICE Investigator completed with Robertson and Co

ICE Investigator is a new product within the
ICE range of solutions from IT-Freedom that seamlessly integrates with
ICE Claims, the established claims management platform. It enables companies to efficiently track and manage claims investigation cases. It supports interfacing to a wide range of data sources including social networking sites and makes full use of SMS technology allowing field agents to send and receive SMS/MMS messages.
