April 30, 2012 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced that it has again been named a “Leader” in IDC’s latest Integrated Talent Management MarketScape report[1]. The evaluation is based on a comprehensive and rigorous framework that assesses vendors relative to the criteria and one another and highlights the factors expected to be the most influential to success in the market, both short and long term.

According to the report, an escalating level of importance for all of these talent management functions is driving greater demand for integrated suites from a single vendor.
