Call centre skills routing specialist appoints Carol Reid to head sales and oversee strategic relationships
Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, UK. – March 16th, 2009 – Specialists in skills routing software for call centres, Intuit Consulting, today announced the appointment of Carol Reid as its Country Manager for North America. Responsible for all aspects of the Company’s business in the USA Reid will also manage Intuit’s continued growth and expansion in the territory.
Reid brings to Intuit over 30 years of experience in technology and communications organisations. She joins Intuit from voice over IP and network integration firm, Calence. Prior to that, Reid was VP Sales and Marketing for Syntellect, a speech recognition and call center supplier. Earlier in her career she held sales management roles at Aspect Communications and ROLM Corporation.
