Interxion Announces Gold Sponsorship of European Hosting and Cloud Transformation Summit
Interxion, a leading European operator of carrier-neutral colocation data centre services, today announced its gold sponsorship of the European Hosting and Cloud Transformation Summit, taking place on 15th June 2010 at the Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge, London. The one-day programme is presented by Tier1 Research and The 451 Group, and provides executives within the hosting, cloud computing, data centre and Internet Infrastructure space with an array of rich content and networking opportunities.
The summit, attended by industry leaders from both sides of the Atlantic, will give participants an overview of the opportunities and challenges facing the hosting and cloud industries, through a secession of panel discussions on topics including financial strategies, colocation and proximity hosting.
As well as sponsoring the event, Interxion’s Group MD Anthony Foy will be taking part in the Colocation and Proximity Hosting Panel, which will be exploring the role of Colocation and Proximity Hosting in delivering low latency in the financial markets.
Kevin Dean, Chief Marketing Officer at Interxion commented: “With cloud computing having a major impact on the hosting and Internet infrastructure, it is great to have an event that brings likeminded people together to learn, network and map out strategies for today’s rapidly changing marketplace. We hope that through our panel discussion we are able to share the experiences we have had in developing a successful financial strategy across our data centre footprint.”
More details on the European Hosting and Cloud Transformation Summit are available at the conference's website and registration is now open.
