“There are a number of companies providing the life science industry with CRM solutions, but few, if any, have the mindset that Interactive Medica does. As a whole, the industry tries to get its customers to conform to a ‘one size fits all’ approach, but this isn’t reflective of customer needs. Each company has unique requirements and this company recognises that,” said Andrew Leeder, Key Account Manager, Interactive Medica.
“I’m excited to join a company that is leading the market in terms of technical innovation, approach and flexibility at a time when the industry is having to diversify and become more creative in its approach to sales opportunities in the face of new opportunities and declining long-term revenues in mature markets.”
Interactive Medica CEO, Richard Jenkinson said: “Interactive Medica has grown from strength to strength. A key to that success has been our ability to forge long lasting relationships with customers. With Andrew on board will be able to take this to the next level to ensure that as a strategic partner, we’re able to grow our business in-line with our clients. In such a demanding industry, a personal approach backed by years of experience really makes a difference.”
