Longtime rivals Intel and AMD are taking their fight to the developing world as each vies for a share of emerging markets by putting its chips into cheap laptop computers. Intel says it just wants a piece of a legit market with its Classmate computer, but Nicholas Negroponte, founder of the OLPC initiative, which is associated with AMD, has called Intel's moves "shameless."
