Utting/Berlin, Germany, 16th January 2014 – InovoOlution and LuraTech have developed a new solution for email management with integrated PDF/A compression: InovoOlution’s NOVO Mail, the platform for managing incoming mail business-wide, integrated with the LuraTech PDF Compressor.

NOVO Mail is InovoOlution’s central platform for receiving and processing emails business-wide. The PDF Compressor is considered standard technology for capturing and compressing documents, then converting them to PDF or PDF/A format. In bringing both products together, InovoOlution and LuraTech are strengthening their technological partnership and creating input and email management solutions using the PDF/A standard.

With NOVO PDF Compression, color PDF documents can be created while still keeping file sizes to a minimum – a clear advantage over previous approaches. Many companies in Germany are already successfully using this solution. “Integrating LuraTech’s innovative compression technology into NOVO Mail opens up new advantages across every aspect of input management”, explained Thomas Schneider, Managing Director of InovoOlution GmbH, “which means we can offer an ideal solution for creating legally-compliant digital customer records”.

In his new role, Mr Hodkinson will be responsible for international customers and business partners.
