ILX Group plc, the global software company delivering innovative Best Practice training solutions, today launched Management of Risk (M_o_R®) Foundation and Practitioner Gold courses to help organisations put in place effective frameworks for taking informed decisions about risk. The courses provide a route map for risk management, bringing together recommended guidance from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), detailed checklists and more detailed advice on tools and techniques.
ILX Group's accredited M_o_R® Foundation e-learning course covers all aspects of the OGC's M_o_R® guidance. Using voice, animation and practical activities, the course takes approximately 12 hours to complete, which is equivalent to a three-day workshop. The main body of the course consists of ten sessions which cover the principles, approach and processes of M_o_R®, together with guidance on how to embed it within the organisation. The course also looks at Risk Management as a corporate specialism and provides instruction on how to conduct Risk Health Checks and evaluate the organisation according to the Management of Risk Maturity Model.
ILX Group's accredited M_o_R® Risk Practitioner Gold course contains all the training materials required to attain both the Foundation and Practitioner qualifications. The course combines highly effective, interactive multimedia training, together with workshops, video content, practical exercises, mock exam simulations and paper based exercises. Using the latest developments in e-learning, the M_o_R® Practitioner Gold course provides delegates with knowledge and understanding of the full scope, content and structure of the M_o_R® guidance to help prepare them for the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
Delegates studying for the Foundation and Practitioner level will also have access to an M_o_R® training expert throughout the entire programme. ILX's highly interactive exam simulator also provides an opportunity to practice exam techniques in real-time, prior to attempting the real exam.
The ILX package includes a two-day workshop where individuals will gain an invaluable insight into how to pass the Foundation and Practitioner* exams along with lots of practical experience, additional hints and tips ahead of the accredited examinations which are also undertaken at the workshop.
