New Leader to Drive Growth in Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia
ATLANTA, Ga., U.S.A., April 27, 2011 – Movius Interactive Corporation, a global leader in unified communications solutions, has appointed Howard Shaw, a vastly experienced senior executive across both the EMEA and Asia regions, as its new Vice President of International Sales.
Shaw joins Movius from QPC, where he was responsible for all operations for the company’s business across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, with a solutions portfolio dedicated to transformation of customer services. Prior to this, he had been VP for contact center workforce optimization specialists Witness Systems, where he handled sales for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. His experience also includes leadership roles at TimePlex Group and Nortel Networks.

Shaw, who will be based in Movius’ Dubai office, has more than 20 years’ experience of working with most of the major carriers across EMEA, including BT, DT, Cable and Wireless, France Telecom, Orascom, Saudi Telecom, Vodafone, 02, Hutchison, MTN and many others. His technology background is also comprehensive, stretching from CRM, IP and back office integrations to wireless, optical, ATM and voice systems.
