Technical Support and Service Uptime Highlighted in Web Hosting Company Customer Survey

Hosting UK, the web hosting and domain name company based in North Wales, has announced it has gained an overall satisfaction rating of 93% from its customers.

Ninety five per cent of customers also said they believed Hosting UK offers value for money, while a similarly high percentage, 93.5%, said they would recommend Hosting UK to other businesses and colleagues. In particular the respondents praised the fast, friendly and personal support and the service uptime they receive.

Hosting UK is part of Easyspace, one of the UK’s largest ICANN accredited domain name registrars and web hosting companies. It provides hosting services from a data centre in the town of St Asaph which has excellent transport links to the north west of England and Northern Ireland.

Sixty one per cent of the respondents said they expected their business to grow over the next 12 months and while domain names and web hosting were services they indicated they would buy, they also said dedicated servers and VPS hosting would be on their shopping list.
