HERMES SoftLab Releases Citrix XenApp Management Pack for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager

April 19th, 2010, Microsoft Management Summit 2010, Las Vegas, NV - HERMES SoftLab, a ComTrade company, announces the release of a Citrix XenApp Management Pack for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. This new Management Pack adds extensive support for Citrix XenApp and complements the Citrix XenServer Management Pack HERMES SoftLab released at Microsoft Management Summit 2009.

Organizations with operations management standardized around Microsoft System Center Operations Manager are now able to equip their staff with out-of-box monitoring knowledge, tasks, and reports created specifically to enable day-to-day supervision of Citrix XenApp and XenServer estates. Both Management Packs were developed in cooperation with Microsoft and Citrix and provide comprehensive health, performance, and topology information, all natively integrated into the Operations Manager platform.
