Speed-Trap On Demand from IS Solutions is the first time that this unrivalled insight into visitor behaviour has been available in a flexible and cost-effective Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) arrangement.
Hastings Direct will use Speed-Trap On Demand on its flagship website at
www.hastingsdirect.com, gaining better insight into visitor activity with a view to developing programmes that increase online sales and enhance customer retention. IS Solutions will implement the software on the Hastings Direct site and operate the service, including data collection, hosting, report generation and support, for a straightforward quarterly fee. Other brands within the group’s portfolio will also benefit from this service in the future.
