04 April 2013, UK – The founders of successful software development and reseller/distribution company BusinessSolve - Martin Hiles and Nigel Reading – have today announced that they have founded a new organisation, Global Business Works, which will begin trading with immediate effect. The new company will build on BusinessSolve’s heritage, by developing and offering an all new corporate resource scheduling system. Additionally, it will capitalise on Martin’s and Nigel’s experience by offering global organisations the resources and services needed to represent and sell their new products in the UK and across Europe.
As a first priority, the in-house development and production of an all-new corporate resource scheduling system encompassing the latest technology, is set to commence imminently. Managing Director Martin Hiles, said: “Following the exciting success and acquisition of our previous resource scheduling product Workspace Manager, Global Business Works is now able and ready to develop the next generation solution that will offer corporate clients the ability to transform the way they currently manage their bookings of key resources such as meeting rooms, desks and car parking spaces. We have been busy developing the detailed specification of this solution and we very much look forward to working with clients to bring this all new product to market over the coming months.”
With respect to the services it offers companies looking to expand or develop a sales channel into Europe, Business Development Director Nigel Reading, said: “We have honed our Centre of Excellence Model over many years to be able to offer companies the ability to have their technology products sold in the UK and European territories, without the prohibitively high costs of setting up offices and hiring staff. By offering a simple reseller model through to a full centre of excellence to our global partners we can manage all pre- and post-sales activities, most importantly at our risk, whilst fully protecting and indeed expanding our clients’ brands. We are extremely proud to have built an enviable track record working in this way and are excited to once again be offering this method of working from our new entity, Global Business Works”. The company is actively seeking established organisations with proven products and a desire to expand their sales in the UK and Europe. Global Business Works plans to work with a maximum of two or three products in order to provide a high quality service to its clients, while remaining focused and effective in its sales efforts.
Martin and Nigel established BusinessSolve in 2003, developing and growing the successful business through the development and sale of the industry-leading resource scheduling solution, WorkSpace Manager. After 8 years of continued growth and helping many private and public sector organisations optimise the use and management of their workspace-related resources, BusinessSolve was acquired by Peoplecube in 2011.
