- Cloud Computing, Business Transformation and Differentiation are key themes

(London, 7 October 2010) Further details of the programme for the fourth annual European ISV Convention, Europe’s leading conference for software and solution providers, were announced today. The event, which is sponsored by leading vendors and trade organisations such as IBM and SIIA (Software Information Industry Association), will be staged at the Marriott London Hotel on 10 February 2011. It will bring leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) together with hardware, software and service organisations to explore and address the issues affecting the development of the IT Industry in Europe.

The conference programme for the European ISV Convention 2011 will feature sessions on Cloud Computing, Business Transformation and Differentiation. During these sessions leading industry speakers will explore changing business models and their impact on the development of applications and solutions. The programme will also examine how market forces are impacting the competitive landscape and how ISVs need to adapt to compete effectively within this changing world. Outside of the main conference, boardroom presentations and networking sessions will highlight strategies for growth, collaboration and cooperation in developing partnerships aimed at supporting solution-based sales.

The European ISV Convention 2011 will take place at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel on 10 February 2011. Attendance is free of charge for directors of qualifying ISVs (limited to one representative per company).
